I am a daily customer weekly travelling from gampola to colombo fort by badulla colombo train. Never come in time. So i have to face to many complications. Please take care about who is responsible. Thanks

We came for the 1st time in Kandy to Colombo intercity train at 6.15am
We didn’t have 2nd class ticket.
So we got 3rd class ticket.
We came to the catering compartment.
And ask for the seat infront of the catering.
The caterer from heshan caterers did not give a polite answer instead of that he cross the face and scold us.
As it is a first time we were shocked.
Please make sure to keep the workers to speak polite and talk kindly.
As everyone is not a usual passenger
